Do It Right Roofing
This holiday season, we decided to do something a little extra special at Do It Right Roofing. Partnering with GAF, we joined forces to support Toys for Tots, an incredible program that spreads joy to children who need it most. And let me tell you—it was an experience we won’t soon forget!
It started with a simple goal: fill our donation box to the brim with toys that would light up a child’s face. But, of course, we couldn’t just stop there. My family and I turned it into a full-on adventure, heading out to shop for toys together. Watching my kids pick out the coolest gifts (and maybe sneak a few extra for themselves) was a reminder of what this season is all about—giving and sharing joy.
Fast forward a few days, and our box was overflowing! Seeing it packed with everything from action figures to board games was such a rewarding moment. It wasn’t just a box of toys anymore—it was a box full of smiles waiting to happen.
While we had a blast shopping and contributing, we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support from our clients, team, and partners. This wasn’t just about us; it was a collective effort to make a real difference.
Toys for Tots, founded by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, has been doing this incredible work since 1947. It’s inspiring to think that what started as a small initiative has now brought joy to millions of children every year. We’re honored to play a small part in their mission this year.
At Do It Right Roofing, we often talk about building strong, secure roofs for families. But this? This was about building something even bigger—a sense of hope and happiness during the holidays.
