During my 22 years’ experience in the United States Army, I was given the role of assisting soldiers and family members through challenging circumstances and balancing the stresses that comes along with military life, school, or caring for family. Military supervisors were put in strenuous situations to ensure the mental and physical health of their soldiers. 15 of my years in service were devoted to helping soldiers continue fighting, but for their home life. Together we overcame marital conflicts, depression, self-worth, self-affliction, and problems with peers and leadership.

Experience

My experience in various matters has ultimately lead me to take this passion onto a professional level. Realizing those who work in high stress profession such as the military, police, firefighters; those who work in medical professional such as ER Nurses, Surgical/OR tech need a way to break the bondage of self-affliction due to working in high stress professions; I welcome all people from all walks of life, I specialize helping military veterans, civil servants, even teachers.
