Great advice for those who need sales but are introverts at heart
Chris Lee gave an outstanding talk today on sales, addressing ways in which people can sell in an authentic, low-pressure manner that would be perfect for those introverts - like me - that hate doing the "song and dance" routine. The logic of focusing the sales conversation on the prospect more than on the product/service is one that I think a lot of people forget, but Chris brought it home.
