We are currently in Kansas, Iowa, California, Texas, Mississippi, Washington, Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, Indiana, Alabama, Florida and Colorado. We partner up with your local restaurants and independent contractors to get you hot, fresh, and delicious food quickly and conveniently. Our online site and mobile app allow you to order food hassle-free and to be delivered directly to you in under an hour. How do I place an order?

What are the fees?
The delivery fee goes directly to your Delivery Driver and Dispatcher. The web service fee accounts for the software fee that is charged to MyTown2Go by a third party to operate the website.
Why are some prices on your website different than those at the restaurant?
In markets where there is a high demand for food from restaurants that are not partnered with us, the only way we can make these menus available to you is to mark up their menu by a small percentage. The slight increase helps us cover the operating costs. Non-partnered restaurants are denoted by their lack of branded icon.
Why is my delivery fee and estimated delivery time higher than previously shown?
Once you enter your exact address, our program calculates more precise mileage. Higher prices and longer times reflect a distance outside the delivery range covered by the base fee.
Is it necessary to tip the driver?
Gratuity is not included in the food price or delivery fee. Our drivers pride themselves in the service that they provide, and if you are satisfied, please consider rewarding them accordingly. If you feel that your service was inadequate, please contact us, so that we can do our best to address the issue and ensure excellent service on future orders.
Can I order from multiple restaurants for one delivery?
Absolutely, but you will need to meet the minimum order requirements for each restaurant and a delivery fee is charged for each additional restaurant. Also, bear in mind that it will add an additional 20-30 minutes to the delivery time.
I have a large catering order, how much notice do you need?
We suggest that you order at least 24 hours in advance; some restuarants require at least 48 hours.
I have comments/questions about my order. Should I call the restaurant?
No, unless it’s a very specific question about how the food is prepared or about the special of the day, please direct all questions or comments to MyTown2Go.
