Steve and Tory live up to their business name - THEY ROCK.

Short Version: If you are looking for an excellent experience when buying or selling your home, I would highly recommend meeting with The Team that ROCKS! Long Version: Two weeks ago our landlords notified us they would not be renewing our lease. We had been living in our house one year and were planning to live in our current home for at least another year. When we got the news they would not be renewing our lease we realized we wanted to buy a home now. We got in touch with Steve @ the Team that Rocks. Steve and his teammate Tory met with us and gave us a thorough introduction to the home buying steps, and continued to provide insight and education the whole way. Throughout the whole process, they took action in a motivated, optimistic, incredibly communicative and engaged manner, in addition to sharing their wonderful sense of humor. They helped us both navigate the sale of our property up in Port Townsend with ease and facilitate a smooth home-buying experience, despite our crazy circumstances. In order to close in time to move before our lease was up, we had a bit more than two weeks to find a home and get our offer accepted. If you have been aware of the current market - it is a very challenging environment for buyers: there is a low inventory on the market and homes are often selling within 4-7 days of being listed for 5-10% over list price. Despite our time crunch, Steve helped us find just what we were looking for and used his friendly powers for good, making sure to communicate with the listing agent what we needed to do in order to get our offer accepted - which is just what we did! From loan officers to home inspectors - everyone on their Team (including you, the client) - is motivated to live up to the excellent standards that Steve and Tory set forth. It’s obvious they care a great deal about their clients and love what they do. Thank you Steve and Tory. Can’t wait to have you over for to share a meal in our new home!!
