Slow Cooker Taco Soup


INGREDIENTS
  • 2lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix 
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning 
  • 1 32 oz. box Chicken Broth
  • 14.5 oz. can Tomato Sauce 
  • 2 - 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Diced Chilies
  • 14.5 oz can Black Beans 
  • 1 bag Frozen Sweet Corn
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Saute onions for 2 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and brown the meat.
  3. Drain browned ground beef to remove excess fat.
  4. Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn or black beans) to slow cooker.
  5. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours.
  6. Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
